One of the greatest and most beloved titans of Hollywood, John Wayne's legacy endures with a fan base that spans the globe based on his 180 + films from the mid-1920s to the mid-1970s. Wayne, who was an Academy Award Winner, was also awarded the Congressional Gold Medal and the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Jimmy Carter. Offered is a signed, double weight matte finished publicity photo (8 x 10") from the early 1950s, likely for the film, TROUBLE ALONG THE WAY (1953). A very clean signature, inscription and a striking portrait.
